About Ibou Badji

Ibou Badji is a towering presence in the Portland Trail Blazers' frontcourt, utilizing his impressive 7'2" frame to intimidate opponents in the paint. Born in Dakar, Senegal in 2002, Badji represents the new wave of African talent making an impact in the NBA. Before joining the Trail Blazers, he developed his skills with Forca Lleida CE in Spain, where he honed his shot-blocking ability and defensive footwork. What separates Badji from other centers is his exceptional length combined with surprising mobility for a player his size. While still developing his offensive repertoire, his defensive instincts and rim protection give him significant upside in today's NBA.
